dkpk Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

1Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the dkpk platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dkpk enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered accounts. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from using any part of the platform, including browsing game categories, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of dkpk, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period that you have previously requested from dkpk.

dkpk reserves the right to request identity documentation from any player at any time to verify age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by dkpk may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is confirmed.

Any account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all bonuses will be forfeited, and any deposits or winnings held in the account will be reviewed in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance before any funds are released.

2Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on dkpk. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. dkpk accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify dkpk immediately by contacting [email protected].

dkpk reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended pending resolution.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

dkpk supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Individual withdrawal limits may apply and are published in the platform's cashier section.

Deposits are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to verification requirements and the processing schedules of the relevant payment provider. dkpk does not guarantee withdrawal timelines and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. dkpk does not accept third-party payments. If a third-party payment is detected, the transaction will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

dkpk reserves the right to apply a verification hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC procedures. Players are encouraged to complete identity verification proactively to avoid delays in accessing their funds.

• dkpk does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which dkpk accepts no responsibility.
• Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. dkpk accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.
• Chargebacks initiated by players through their payment provider will be investigated and may result in immediate account suspension.

4Betting Rules & Wager Limits

All sports betting activity on dkpk — including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and all other markets — is subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type within the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a specific sport or game rule, the specific rule shall prevail.

dkpk reserves the right to set minimum and maximum stake limits on any market at any time. These limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and player account status. Stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

dkpk reserves the right to void, cancel, or reduce any wager that:

• Was accepted due to a manifest pricing error or technical fault;
• Is suspected of being placed in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting fraud;
• Exceeds the displayed maximum stake limit;
• Is placed after the relevant event has concluded or the relevant market has been suspended.

Winnings from settled bets will be credited to the player's dkpk account balance promptly after the relevant event result has been confirmed. dkpk uses the results published by official sporting bodies as the definitive basis for bet settlement. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of dkpk's trading team is final.

dkpk operates a strict one-account, one-device verification policy for in-play betting. Suspicious patterns of in-play wagering — including latency exploitation or the use of automated betting tools — will result in immediate account review and potential suspension.

5Bonuses & Promotions

dkpk offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh calendar (such as Eid, BPL season, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day). All promotions are subject to the specific bonus terms published at the time the offer is made.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed the standard account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• One bonus per promotion: Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bet credits expire if not used within the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account balance without notice.
• Abuse prevention: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering patterns will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

dkpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. The modification or withdrawal of a promotion does not affect bonus funds that have already been validly claimed by eligible players prior to the change.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dkpk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sporting fraud;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Sharing account access with any third party or accepting bets on behalf of a third party;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of dkpk.pro;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dkpk staff or other players via any communication channel.

7Responsible Gaming

dkpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players in Bangladesh. Gambling on dkpk is intended to be a form of adult entertainment only, and the platform is designed for players who participate within their financial means.

dkpk provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Reality checks: The platform provides periodic on-screen summaries of net wagering activity during active sessions.

8Intellectual Property

All content on dkpk.pro — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of dkpk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from dkpk.pro without the prior written consent of dkpk.

The dkpk name, logo, and all related product names and service marks are proprietary marks of dkpk. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to use any dkpk mark for any purpose without our express written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dkpk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or business information;
• Interruption of service due to technical fault, maintenance, or factors beyond dkpk's reasonable control;
• Errors in odds, scores, or results data displayed on the platform;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

dkpk's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their dkpk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude dkpk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for dkpk to exclude or restrict liability.

10Privacy & Data

dkpk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on dkpk, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by dkpk includes, but is not limited to, registration information, identity verification documents, payment transaction records, betting history, and device and session data collected for security and fraud prevention purposes. dkpk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11Termination & Suspension

dkpk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where dkpk has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information;
• The account is being used in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• The security of the account has been compromised;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to dkpk.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dkpk holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through dkpk's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by dkpk's licensing authority.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local legal restrictions in Bangladesh and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their use of dkpk.pro complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence. dkpk makes no representation that the platform is available for lawful use in any specific jurisdiction.

13Amendments

dkpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, dkpk will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification. The revised Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the dkpk platform after the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11.
